You will need to visit your local town hall at least once from moving to Spain. The main document that is needed is a 'certificado de empadronamiento' this is a piece of paper to say you live at the address stated on your property title deeds. a town hall visit is also required to ask for all types of permissions i.e. extensions to your property, building an extra property on your land, swimming pools, etc. We can provide translations for all these services to make it that much easier for you and make you able to do more than one thing in a day which so many people are finding so hard to do.
