 Key Holding
Xàtiva Advice Bureau are currently offering a service of Key Holding and mail collection with packages as little as 5€ per week. We keep your mail confidential and un-opened until you return to Spain and collect from us. We offer this service to our clients who also live here but have difficulties with collecting their mail. We will find a package to suit your needs.
 Inspections
Do you have a property to rent but are not here to check that the property is in a good rental condition? Xàtiva Advice Bureau can do this for you before and after a rental is booked. We also offer a 24 hour emergency call out for your rental clients as well as providing a meet and greet, airport transfers and any other basic needs. Prices vary due to location of property, Time of arrival / Departure of Clients, Airports, etc.
