Town Hall Services

You will need to visit your local town hall at least once from moving to Spain. The main document that is needed is a 'certificado de empadronamiento' this is a piece of paper to say you live at the address stated on your property title deeds. a town hall visit is also required to ask for all types of permissions i.e. extensions to your property, building an extra property on your land, swimming pools, etc. We can provide translations for all these services to make it that much easier for you and make you able to do more than one thing in a day which so many people are finding so hard to do. Telecoms

Packages are available for the instalation of a landline telephone or a radio-trac phone. These are the most common packages our clients tend to ask for. However, If you are one of those unfortunate people who cannot under any circumstances get an installation of either of the above telephone lines, we can help you by getting you in contact with established companies who are able to install satellite telephones. We also work with other companies in satellite, internet and telecomunications. This gives us the opportunity to provide our clients with the best and low-cost services around. Packages can cost from as little as 50€.

Translations & Interpretations

Translations of all types are available. From written translations to medical appointment interpretations. We offer a wide range of services to suit including an on-call 24 hour service. Prices from 15€.

Project Management

Do you need a new kitchen / bathroom but can't find a good company to provide and fit at a reasonable price? Do you have a problem being understood by the person designing the kitchen / bathroom for you? We can help you by managing the works from start to finish leaving you to just sit back and relax. this can cost as little as 100€.

Traffic Services

We are able to offer you the opportunity to get your english plated vehicle re-registered in Spain. Our other services include name change of ownership on a spanish vehicle, obtaining new paperwork for your vehicle if stolen, lost or damaged. Licence Renewals on spanish driving licences and changeover of licences from any EU licence to a spanish EU licence. These are just a few to list.



Medical Interpretations
With our experience in the area, we can offer you help in medical appointments whether it be a doctors visit or a hospital appointment and arrange S.I.P. cards (medical cards) for you to be assigned to a doctor. We can also arrange for those who unfortunately are on constant medication, collection of prescriptionsd so an appointment isn't needed each time - just to make life that little bit easier.
